BooknBite ("we") provides an app which allows language schools, short course colleges and other educational institutions to connect with local restaurants and send their students to them for pre-paid meals.
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your use of the BooknBite app and its services (collectively, the "Services"). All references to "you" or "your" refer to anyone accessing the Services.
1. Service Description
- Unless otherwise stated, your use of the Services is subject to these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user information, content, communications, or personalized settings.
- As we expand our Services, we may modify them periodically. These Terms will apply to any updates or new features. You may access the Services via smart mobile devices, and these Terms govern your use and conduct.
- By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and confirm that you have read, understood, and wish to proceed.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
- We do not offer account registration to external users. All accounts are pre-provisioned internally for partnered users.
- Account Maintenance: Users with accounts are responsible for creating strong passwords (via the "Change Password" feature). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not. - Account Termination: 1) Accounts will be suspended (not deleted) when partnerships end. They may be reactivated if partnerships resume. 2) You may request account termination by contacting us.
3. Content
- "Content" refers to text, data, graphics, images, photos, video files, and other materials provided through the Services.
- We reserve the right to remove or permanently delete any Content from the Services.
4. Obligations When Using the Services
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree not to engage in any of the following (including but not limited to):
- 1. Use any part of the Services as a destination for unsolicited bulk or commercial messages.
- 2. Attempt to probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or breach security/authentication measures.
- 3. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services.
- 4. Collect or store personal data about other users without explicit consent.
- 5. Resell or redistribute the Services or any portion thereof.
- 6. Use automated tools, scripts, or manual processes to scrape or copy Content without BooknBite's written permission.
- 7. Use the Services in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
- The Services may include links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by BooknBite. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge that BooknBite is not liable for any damages arising from your use of third-party resources.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership
- Content: You may access and use the Services and Content for personal purposes. BooknBite and its licensors retain all rights, ownership, and interests in the Services, Content, trademarks, and logos. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Content without authorization.

- You use the Services and Content at your own risk. All materials, information, and services are provided "as is," "with all faults," and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BooknBite disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including:
- 1. Warranties of security, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or performance.
- 2. Warranties that the Services will be error-free or accurate.
- 3. Liability for losses caused by third-party vulnerabilities, viruses, or similar issues.
